Overview

I am Navankur Mohan, a visionary entrepreneur whose journey began on November 10, 1978, in the culturally rich city of Agra, India. Today, I find myself immersed in the serene surroundings of Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, where I've established my home and the headquarters of my ventures.

My quest for knowledge and innovation led me to pursue a B.Tech degree in Industrial Electronics from the esteemed B.N.C.O.E Pusad in Maharashtra. This educational background laid the groundwork for my venture into the dynamic realms of technology and entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurial Journey

Professionally, I proudly wear multiple hats as the Founder and Partner in two groundbreaking ventures. The first, Mohan S. Packaging (www.mohanspackaging.com), is not just a business endeavour but a commitment to crafting essential healthcare packaging solutions. From sterile dropper bottles to infusion bottle caps, nasal spray bottle sets, measuring cups, and rubber paediatric droppers, our focus is on providing indispensable healthcare materials.

The second venture, Able Pharma (www.ablepharma.com) , stands as a testament to our commitment to pharmaceutical excellence. Achieving the prestigious WHO-GMP Certification, Able Pharma specializes in Ophthalmic, Otic, and Nasal formulations, contributing significantly to the advancement of healthcare standards.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I've undertaken significant projects, with Mohan S. Packaging and Able Pharma standing out as milestones. These ventures reflect not only a commitment to innovation and quality but also a profound desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Reflections on Life, Priorities, & Dreams

As I find myself squarely in the middle of my forties, it’s hard not to pause and reflect on the journey so far. The forties, it seems, bring a unique blend of introspection, responsibility, and an unwavering desire to make the most of the years ahead. It’s like standing at the summit of a mountain, catching my breath and taking in the panoramic view of life.

One thing that has become crystal clear is the shifting landscape of priorities. The frenetic pace of climbing the career ladder hasn’t slowed down, but now there’s a newfound wisdom in balancing professional aspirations with personal fulfilment. It’s not just about the corner office anymore; it’s about finding purpose in what I do and ensuring it aligns with the life I want to lead.

The ticking clock becomes more audible, and with it comes a heightened appreciation for time – time spent with loved ones and time invested in myself. Family dinners, game nights, and lazy Sunday mornings have become more sacred than ever. Amidst the hustle, finding moments for self-care has become non-negotiable. The forties teach you that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it’s an investment in sustaining the marathon of life.

Remember those dreams we harbored in our twenties? The forties bring with them the perfect intersection of experience and desire. It’s a time to revisit those dreams, dust them off, and see which ones still resonate. Whether it’s a career shift, a creative pursuit, or finally taking that trip you’ve always dreamed of – the forties nudge you to turn those dreams into tangible goals.

So, here I am, in the mid-40s, standing at the crossroads of experience and anticipation. The vision for the future is not just about climbing higher but about climbing wiser. It’s about savoring the richness of relationships, making smart choices for the future, and chasing dreams with a newfound vigor. The forties are not a halfway point; they are a launchpad for the chapters that lie ahead.

In all, the mid-40s are a fascinating blend of reflection, recalibration, and unbridled optimism. It’s not about the number but about the stories lived, the lessons learned, and the adventures that lie ahead. So, here’s to embracing the forties – a chapter where life’s symphony crescendos, and the conductor is none other than the experiences that shape us. Cheers to the journey!

Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly.

Hold fast to dreams
For when dreams go
Life is a barren field
Frozen with snow."

Harmony in Diversity:

Bridging Values & Business in my Professional Journey

Beyond the boardroom, my interests are diverse. I find solace and creativity in the art of cooking and embark on a spiritual journey through the study of Hinduism. My life is guided by fundamental principles—Honesty, Love, Family, God, and a deep connection with Nature. These values aren’t just personal; they shape every decision I make in the professional realm.

In the business arena, my key strengths lie in Management and Research, particularly in the development of new products. My philosophy, encapsulated in the mantra “Cultivate kindness, for in the richness of compassion, you sow the seeds of reciprocity”, isn’t just a set of words; it resonates in every personal and professional interaction.

Inspiration finds me in the pages of diverse literary works, the immersive experiences of cinematic creations, and the soul-stirring compositions of music. Each holds a special place in my heart, offering unique perspectives and emotions that enrich my entrepreneurial journey.

While my travel escapades are yet to cover extensive ground, the allure of the Himachal Hills has captivated my heart. The serenity and beauty of these hills make them a favourite destination, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle of everyday life.

I invite you to join me on this exciting journey of exploration, innovation, and a profound commitment to creating positive change in the world. Together, let’s embark on a path of impact and progress.
